    Welcome to Hamstead RPC By joining and participating in our FiveM server and community platforms (including Discord, website, and in-game environment), you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all members of our community.
  • 1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our associated policies (e.g., Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines). If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.
  • 2. Compliance with FiveM and GTA Terms of Service
    You must comply with all applicable terms set by:

    Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from our community.
  • 3. Community Conduct
    3.1 Respectful Behavior
    All users must treat others with respect and maintain a positive and inclusive environment. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated.
    3.2 Roleplay Standards

    You agree to follow our server’s roleplay standards and rules at all times. This includes:

    Maintaining realism and immersion

    Respecting others' roleplay scenarios

    Avoiding actions that are considered FailRP, Metagaming, or Powergaming

  • 4. Prohibited Activities
    You may not engage in the following while using our services:
    Exploiting game bugs, glitches, or using cheats/mods that give unfair advantages
    Doxxing, threatening, or harassing other players or staff
    Spamming, advertising other servers, or posting malicious links
    Impersonating staff or law enforcement roles without authorization
  • 5. Use of Our Services
    5.1 Age Requirement
    You must be at least 16 years old to join our community unless otherwise approved by server staff.

    5.2 Account Responsibility
    You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login details or access credentials with others.

    5.3 Content Ownership
    All user-generated content within the server (e.g., characters, recordings, screenshots) may be used by Hamstead RPC for promotional or moderation purposes. We will not sell or distribute your content outside the community.
  • 6. Staff and Administration Rights
    6.1 Discretionary Enforcement
    Our staff reserve the right to:

    Warn, kick, ban, or permanently remove users from the server or community platforms
    Enforce rules as they see fit, even if not explicitly stated in this document
    Modify or remove in-game content or roles

    6.2 Reporting Issues
    Users are encouraged to report rule violations through proper channels (e.g., support tickets, Discord reports). False or malicious reports may result in disciplinary action.
  • 7. Donations
    All donations are voluntary and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise. These funds are used for server upkeep, development, and community growth.
  • 8. Termination of Access
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, especially if you violate these Terms of Service or any other server/community rule.
  • 9. Changes to Terms
    These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the community and server constitutes your agreement to the most recent version.
